Pat Kozowyk & Ernst Vonderkall operate a small farm on the top of the Niagara Escaprment. They specialize in berries and supply a large amount of their crop to Simpler Thyme’s CSA. Pat’s specialties include Raspberries, Currants and Gooseberries. Everything is grown using traditional organic methods. Pat is also an artist and teaches classes. Occassionally, Pat will bring some of her art to the market to sell.
